Access to HE e-certificates will be made available to learners between the 22nd and 24th July 2025.
AHE learners are advised they should not register on the Veri e-certificate platform until they receive an email notifying them that their certificate has been published. Learners will receive an email to the email address that was provided to Agored Cymru by the college. This email address must be used to create the Veri e-certification platform account.
Instructions on how to register on the Veri platform are available here.
Q. I haven’t received an email yet
A. Access to HE learner achievements will be published between the 22nd and 24th of July and you will receive an automated email to notify you when your achievements are available, not before. Please ensure you are aware of, and have access to, the specific email address that has been supplied to us by your college and which we will be using to notify you and give you access to the e-certification platform. Please also check your junk/spam folder in case the notification is directed there.
If you have reason to believe you should have received a notification email (for example peers in your class have received their email but you haven’t) then please email Centre.Support@agored.cymru with your name, DoB and Diploma studied and one of the team can check.
Q. I’m not sure which email the College registered me with
A. If you are unsure then contact your college in the first instance. Alternatively, if you contact us from the email address you believe you have been registered with, we can confirm. The email address used to register on Veri must exactly match (including any variations of the college name) the email given to us by the College.
Q. I’m trying to register but it doesn’t recognise my details
A. Please ensure that you are registering on the Veri platform, and not the Agored Cymru website. Ensure that the email address being used to registered is the same email that you received the notification to.
Q. My account is still ‘Pending’
A. If you have not received the email telling you your results are available then you need to wait for your email notification. If you have received your notification, then the ‘Pending’ status may indicate that you registered your account before the results were available - please email Centre.Support@agored.cymru with your name, DoB and Diploma studied.
Q. My Class peers have received their email, but I haven’t
A. First thing is to determine which email address you think you will be receiving to (i.e. personal or college email). Ensure you check Junk/Spam folders.
If you have reason to believe you should have received a notification email (for example peers in your class have received their email but you haven’t) then please email Centre.Support@agored.cymru with your name, DoB and Diploma studied and one of the team can have a check.
Q. I can’t access my college email, or I am locked out of my college email
A. We cannot help with accessing your college email account. You will need to contact the college.
Q. I don’t have access to the email account that the Centre registered me with
A. You will need to contact the College and ask them to email Centre.Support@agored.cymru with your updated email address. We cannot accept an alternative email directly from you. Once we have received the new email confirmation from the centre, our team will update your learner record.
Q. I have been locked out of my Veri Account
A. You will generally need to wait 2 hours for it to auto unlock.
Please contact Centre.Support@agored.cymru with your name, DoB and Diploma studied and one of the team can have a check.
Q. When will I receive my paper certificate.
A. Certificates will be posted out in August. You will need to speak directly to your college to find out when they are distributing them.
Q: My results/grades are not what I expected
A: You will need to contact your college in the first instances so they can contact the AHE team directly.
