Agored Cymru Access to Higher Education Diplomas are nationally recognised qualifications that are accepted at universities across the UK. They are offered at further education colleges in Wales and England and are usually completed in one academic year, although there are also some part-time options available.
Each of Agored Cymru’s Access to Higher Education Diplomas has been developed in close consultation with universities and colleges and has been designed to support progression routes to specific higher education courses. Each Diploma introduces learners to the subject areas related to the specified progression routes and facilitates the development of the study skills needed to be successful in higher education.
