Mandatory charges for members	Fee	Notes
Centre Approval for new centres	£800.00	A non-refundable standard fee is charged for the Centre Approval process. £270 will be invoiced at the start of the approval process with the remaining £530 invoiced upon final approval. Additional charges may be applied where further support from Agored Cymru is required to achieve compliance. This charge is instead of the annual fee for approved centres in the first year of working with us.
Annual fee for approved centres	£530.00	The annual fee for all approved centres is the same. Mandatory learner related charges	Fee	Notes
Credit charge	£3.20	Credits will be invoiced at the point of award unless otherwise stated. Please contact your Centre Manager for details of any bespoke packages we can offer your centre.
Minimum activity charge for all centres	£560.00	Equates to 175 credits. Payable in advance (August 2021).
Full qualifications	Charges for individual qualifications are available on the individual qualification pages.	Qualifications will be invoiced at the point of award unless otherwise stated
Late submission of awards	£10.00 per course run (class).	An award is considered to be late if the claim is received more than 6 months (182 days) after the end date of a course run.
Confirmatory Test Resit – Essential Application of Number Skills and Essential Communication Skills	£4.00	First resit is free of charge.
Reissue or duplicate paper certificate	£30.00	Duplicates are ordered online by learners or centres at veri.agored.cymru.
Reissue of electronic certificate	£10.00

Access to HE specific charges	Fee	Notes
Access to Higher Education Diploma	£140.00 per learner registration	All learners to be confirmed within 6 weeks of course start date.
Late learner registration (42 calendar days after course start date or later)	£45.00	In addition to the registration fee
Late amendment to unit selection (84 calendar days after course start date or later)	£100.00 per programme run / cohort
Amendments to the award of credit and / or unit grades after certification	£50.00 per amendment and reissue of certificate / transcript
Appeal (not charged if upheld)	£50.00
Additional remote EQA activity (as an outcome of a level 2 sanction)	£80.00
Additional on site EQA activity (as an outcome of a level 2 sanction)	£250.00

Training		Fee	Notes
Scheduled training courses	Newly approved centres	4 free spaces are available across the following courses, within the first 12 months of becoming an approved centre: Introduction to Assessment Introduction to Internal Quality Assurance	Programme to be published separately.
Scheduled training courses	Approved centres	The following support is free of charge to any approved centre: Induction for New Centres Introduction to Administration Processes Breakfast briefings Centre network meetings All other Training and CPD events will be charged at the advertised rate – please see website for details.	All training charges will be payable up front to avoid disputes over cancellations or substitutions.
Cancellation fee		Minimum charge of £50 per delegate for non- attendance at any free event. There will be no refund where courses are charged at £50 per person. All other courses attendees will receive a 50% refund when a cancellation is made no later than 10 working days prior to the event. There will be no refunds where a cancellation is received less than 10 working days prior to the event, or for non- attendance.	Occasionally, circumstances will arise that result in the need to cancel, reschedule or postpone an event, due to an unforeseen occurrence. Agored Cymru reserves the right to cancel courses when unforeseen circumstances arise. In this circumstance, all delegates will be refunded or reallocated a place in the rescheduled event

Additional remote external quality assurance support	£120.00 per half day	For the provision of additional support to maintain approved centre status.
Additional external quality assurance visit	£220.00 per half day, plus travel and subsistence.	For the provision of additional support to maintain approved centre status.
Late Payment	Agored Cymru reserve the right to apply a 5% surcharge on any late paid invoices
Project work / consultation	Fee to be agreed based on level of work required
Quality Mark	Fee to be agreed based on centre requirements

Please note that Agored Cymru reserves the right to charge centres if a planned EQA is cancelled within 72 hours of the EQA taking place.
