The Agored Cymru Access to Higher Education Diploma (Art and Design) supports progression into higher education programmes in art and design and related areas. The Diploma introduces learners to relevant subject areas and provide opportunities to develop the necessary practical skills. Learners will be introduced to relevant subject areas including:

  • Portfolio building

 

Assessment

The Access to Higher Education Diploma is a unitised qualification and is assessed by way of continuous assessment. Methods of assessment are varied and reflect those that learners will encounter in higher education.
