Non Executive Director - Job Description

We are seeking innovative and forward thinking Non-Executive Directors particularly with experience within Education and the Digital Sector to strengthen our Board. If you have knowledge and experience in Schools, Further Education, or digital learning technologies, we would love to hear from you.
You will be expected to attend and contribute meaningfully to five Board meetings each year and serve on one of our key committees: The Business, Finance & People Committee (BFPC) or the Quality Standards & Regulation Committee (QSRC). Each committee has four meetings per year
You will play a vital role in shaping Agored Cymru’s strategic direction, ensuring good governance, and guiding our mission to transform lives through education.
ICT & MIS Officer- Job Description
Agored Cymru is looking for technically skilled and solutions-focused ICT and MIS Officer to support and strength our internal system and infrastructure. In this Hands-on role you 'll maintain and improve key ICT services - from Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory to SQL server and reporting tools like SSRS.
You 'll will play a vital part in ensuring our systems are secure,efficient and responsive to Organisational needs, while supporting collegues across the business with technical queries and improvements.You 'll also contribute to the testing and implementation of new platform or updates,including clud based solutions and SaaS,helping us to stay agile and forward looking in our digital approach.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in system administration,SQL/database maintenance, and reporting tools.If you 're proactive, detail-oriented,and passionate about delivering high quality digitial services, we 'd love to hear from you.
Welsh language skills and experience in education or awarding environments are a bonus.
