Customer Support Advisor -  Apprenticeship Role Job Description

In this exciting apprenticeship role, you’ll be an integral part of our Customer Support Team, delivering high-quality service to customers and internal teams alike. You’ll gain practical experience in customer service, administration, and digital communication - all while working towards a Digital Skills for Business qualification, awarded by us, Agored Cymru.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll be fully supported with on-the-job training and mentoring. You may also complete Essential Skills Wales qualifications in literacy, numeracy, and digital literacy - giving you a solid foundation of transferable skills for your future.

Non Executive Director  - Job Description

Agored Cymru is a welsh awarding body and social enterprise committed to helping learners of all ages and backgrounds realise their potential. With over 30 years of experience, we develop nationally recognised qualifications - from Essential Skills to Sustainability; serving schools, further education institutions, training providers, and employers across Wales and beyond. 

We are proud to champion bilingualism, equity, and social impact by supporting the Welsh language and the Welsh Government’s vision of a truly bilingual Wales.  

We are seeking innovative and forward thinking Non-Executive Directors particularly with experience within Education and the Digital Sector to strengthen our Board. If you have knowledge and experience in Schools, Further Education, or digital learning technologies, we would love to hear from you. 

You will be expected to attend and contribute meaningfully to five Board meetings each year and serve on one of our key committees: The Business, Finance & People Committee (BFPC) or the Quality Standards & Regulation Committee (QSRC). Each committee has four meetings per year  

You will play a vital role in shaping Agored Cymru’s strategic direction, ensuring good governance, and guiding our mission to transform lives through education.
