As a leading Welsh awarding body, we offer a fulfilling opportunity for those passionate about managing, conducting, and leading Centre Assessment Standards Scrutiny (CASS) across our approved centres.
In this role, you will act as a lead quality liaison officer, ensuring excellence across a diverse portfolio of qualifications regulated by Qualifications Wales and Ofqual.
Key responsibilities include managing, mentoring, and supporting a team of associate External Quality Assurers (EQAs), promoting Agored Cymru's products and services, and undertaking Centre Annual Reviews. You will manage the quality assurance aspect in the centre approval process and ensure submissions for our Quality Mark and Customised Programmes of Learning meet required standards. You will support our Product Development team with ongoing qualification development and by collaborating closely with the Access to HE Manager, you will enhance our quality processes and support centres in achieving their Centre Action Plans.
We seek a candidate with regulatory knowledge, exceptional process management skills, and a solid understanding of assessment and quality assurance in education.
