Agored Cymru is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Qualification Developer to join our Product Development Team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-quality, sector-relevant qualifications that meet the needs of learners, employers and communities across Wales and the UK
As a Qualification Developer, you’ll lead on the design, development, and review of regulated qualifications and assessments, along with other non-regulated products. You will ensure these products are robust, compliant and responsive to the needs of the education sector and labour market.
You will collaborate with internal colleagues, centres, subject experts, regulators and sector bodies to ensure Agored Cymru remains at the forefront of qualification development across the UK.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing multiple projects and is passionate about enhancing learning opportunities through high-quality qualification design.
