This qualification is intended for those who are starting an internal quality assurer (IQA) role, those who need to gain a qualification in internal quality assurance, or those who need to know more about internal quality assurance but are not carrying out internal quality assurance themselves. You must be 18 years of age or over to undertake the qualification.
It is recommended that you have a relevant qualification in assessment and/or some experience of assessment/internal quality assurance.

You will be required to attend four half-day interactive sessions where you will develop the knowledge and understanding required to carry out internal quality assurance of assessment. You must attend all four sessions.

Please note: Booking onto this training confirms you have booked onto the Level 4 Understanding the Principles and Practices of Internally Quality Assuring the Quality of Assessment GB84CY002 ONLY.
Following successful completion of the Understanding the Principles and Practices of Internally Quality Assuring the Quality of Assessment GB84CY002 unit, you will have the opportunity to undertake the unit Internally Assure the Quality of Assessment GB84CY003.
Successful achievement of both units will give you Agored Cymru Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice Qualification (agored.cymru). This will be at an additional cost and entry requirements.
