Tom Perfitt

Tom is the Customer Service Manager at Agored Cymru.

He joined the organisation in 2005.

Tom is principally responsible for managing Agored Cymru’s services, support mechanisms and processes to enable customer-facing staff to offer the very best customer service to stakeholders.  He leads the overall implementation of the Centre Recognition process, and oversees and reports on external operational  projects.

Tom previously worked as a Business Process Manager within the organisation, and has expertise in unit review, development and management. He holds a Level 5 qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
