Customer Support Administrator

Ryan joined Agored Cymru in 2019 and is a Customer Support Administrator.

Ryan has recently achieved the Agored Cymru Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration as part of his apprenticeship with Agored Cymru.

Ryan provides administrative support for centres, stakeholders and colleagues.  His duties include responding to calls and emails from centres, learner registration and awards processing. Ryan is responsible for the printing, checking and dispatching of certificates.
