The workbook produced by Agored Cymru for the ERR qualification has been designed to meet all 9 areas of the specification of apprenticeship standards for Wales (SASW) framework requirements. By completing all sections of the workbook, the Learner, Employer and Provider will have sufficient/the required evidence to submit the ‘ERR Achievement Declaration Form’.
Successful completion of the workbook by a learner may also lead to the award of the Level 2 Award in Employment Rights and Responsibilities (QCF), subject to internal and external quality assurance. This qualification is part of an apprenticeship framework.
