Training and Support Programme Charges
Unless stated otherwise all Training and CPD events will be charged at the advertised rate. All delegate places must be paid for before attendance.
Only newly recognised centres will be eligible for a set number of free spaces. These spaces must be used within 12 months of their centre approval date.
Additional Information for Standardisation Events
To address the need for representation from a variety of centres and to ensure that centres who are required to attend a standardisation event have representation, in cases where there is a high demand, we reserve the right to limit the number of places to 2.
Cancellation Information
If we postpone training sessions for any reason, delegates who have already placed bookings will be given priority places on any future events.
If you are not able to attend the course and there isn't another substitute staff member who can take your place, please contact us at events@agored.cymru no later than 10 working days before the start of the course.
Please note, late cancellation may incur the following fees:
- £40 cancellation fee (if the course is being held at an Agored Cymru office) or,
- the full cost recovery on a per person basis (if the course is being run at an external venue).
Alternatively you could substitute your place to an alternative staff member; but you do need to call us to inform us.
