Gemma Pritchard joined Agored Cymru in 2007 and is a Customer Support Administrator.

Gemma provides administrative support for centres, stakeholders and colleagues as part of the Corporate Services team in the Bangor office. Her duties include carrying out unit and framework administration, learner registration, awards processing, certificate production, and External Quality Assurance (EQA) administration.
Gemma also supports ongoing projects and events such as meetings, qualification submission and review, the production and distribution of documentation, and unit review.
