Cyflwyno
Rhaid i ganolfannau sicrhau bod cymwysterau'n cael eu cyflwyno mewn modd effeithlon ac effeithiol. Nodwedd hanfodol o ran cyflwyno'n effeithiol yw cynllunio cyrsiau yn drylwyr ac yn fanwl. Mae'n rhaid i ganolfannau allu dangos bod ganddyn nhw broses fewnol gadarn ar gyfer dylunio, datblygu a chyflwyno cyrsiau cydlynol.
Un o nodweddion allweddol nifer o'n cymwysterau yw'r hyblygrwydd maen nhw'n ei gynnig i ganolfannau eu rhoi yn eu cyd-destun i fodloni anghenion penodol eu dysgwyr. Mae'r hyblygrwydd hwn yn hyrwyddo ymgysylltiad cadarn â dysgwyr, a phrofiadau dysgu ystyrlon.
Dylai canolfannau sicrhau bod cynlluniau gwaith a chynlluniau gwersi manwl ar waith sy'n ystyried pob agwedd ar fanyleb y cymhwyster. Dylai'r rhain gynnwys manylion y strategaethau a'r adnoddau sy'n angenrheidiol ar gyfer addysgu, ac asesiadau sy'n bodloni anghenion dysgwyr.
Mae'n rhaid i ddulliau addysgu a dysgu fod yn gyson â chyd-destun, lefel ac amodau'r cymhwyster, ac mae'n rhaid iddyn nhw gael eu dylunio i gynnwys, ysgogi a chymell dysgwyr.
Asesu
All ESW qualifications involve a summative controlled task, which includes for Essential Digital Literacy Skills and Essential Employability Skills a confirmatory element (structured discussion). Whilst the controlled tasks are externally set*, they are internally assessed and quality assured by centres.
Controlled task assessments are available in a range of contexts and centres are able to choose the most appropriate task for learners.
*Centres are able to write their own controlled tasks, but these must be approved by Agored Cymru prior to use. Please contact quality.assurance@agored.cymru for further information.
In addition to the controlled task, Essential Application of Number Skills (EAoNS) and Essential Communication Skills (ECommS) at levels 1, 2 and 3 involve a confirmatory test that is externally set and marked.
I gael arweiniad ar asesu, cyfeiriwch at Canllawiau ar Asesu Agored Cymru.
Mae’n rhaid i aseswyr:
- fod â phrofiad cyfredol a/neu berthnasol ym maes asesu;
- fod wedi ymgymryd â hyfforddiant perthnasol os yn newydd i asesu (gweler y wefan ar gyfer cyrsiau Cyflwyniad i Asesu Agored Cymru);
- fod â gwybodaeth dda am ofynion asesu Agored Cymru a dealltwriaeth dda ohonynt;
- fod yn gyfarwydd â lefel y cymhwyster a'i uned(au);
- fod â gwybodaeth dda am y pwnc a dealltwriaeth a/neu brofiad o'r uned(au)/cymhwyster neu gymwysterau sy'n cael eu hasesu.
Oni nodir hynny yng nghanllawiau’r cymhwyster neu ym manyleb yr uned, ar hyn o bryd nid oes yn rhaid i aseswyr gael cymhwyster asesu ffurfiol* i asesu unedau a / neu gymwysterau Agored Cymru. Er hynny, mae Agored Cymru yn argymell yn gryf bod aseswyr yn gweithio tuag at ennill achrediad ffurfiol (e.e. Tystysgrif Lefel 3 mewn Asesu Cyrhaeddiad Galwedigaethol). Hefyd, mae Agored Cymru yn argymell yn gryf bod aseswyr yn mynychu hyfforddiant Cyflwyniad i Asesu Agored Cymru.
